I love resistance bands so much I scoured the market to find the best resistance bands and reviewed them here. You can get just as good of a workout from a GOOD set of resistance bands as you can get from a machine. They are a true, “no excuses”, everyone should have a set, piece of home gym equipment. Resistance bands can have just as much resistance as a cable crossover machine, depending on the ones you get.
